Humber Bay Ultimate By Grandeur Flooring

Humber Bay is a 7″ x 48″ vinyl plank in brown, reddish and natural colours from Grandeur's Ultimate collection. Its structure is 5.0 mm LVT with a wear layer of 28 mil. Grandeur approves it on, above or below grade, a practical fit for a basement family room as well as an upstairs bedroom. Adhesive holds every plank in place, so there is no hollow sound and no drift under a heavy sofa or piano. Good glue-down work depends on the base, so we fill low spots and clean the subfloor before starting. One box covers 23.36 sq ft, with 15 years of residential and 10 of commercial coverage. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Humber Bay across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
