High Park Ultimate By Grandeur Flooring

High Park mixes brown, reddish and natural colours across a 7″ x 48″ plank. It is a 5.0 mm luxury vinyl from Grandeur's Ultimate collection, glued down rather than clicked together. For a household with dogs or young children, the 28 mil wear layer (0.7 mm) is the number to watch, since it takes the scratches and spills. A fully adhered floor also stays put where dining chairs get dragged. Grandeur approves installation on, above or below grade. Our crew checks the subfloor for dips and high spots, then spreads adhesive and sets the planks. Each carton covers 23.36 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs High Park across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
