This COREtec Pro Enhanced plank is approved for above, on and below grade, and can be floated over the subfloor or bonded in direct glue. A carton covers 28.84 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Lyric Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
