If you have hydronic in-floor heating, Magnolia Bluff is one of the vinyl planks that can go over it. It is an engineered luxury vinyl plank in Fuzion's SmartDrop Elite 9 line, rated for use on, above or below grade, so kitchens, main-floor living rooms and basements are all fair game. A 20mil surface layer, which is 0.5mm, takes the everyday scuffing from shoes and chair legs. Planks measure 9" by 60" at 5mm thick, finished with an embossed texture and a square edge. We can lay it loose, glue it fully, or hold it with perimeter glue or tape. It is FloorScore certified, and each carton covers 30 sq. ft. at 55 lbs. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Magnolia Bluff across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
