The brown wood style sits on a rigid core LVT plank 4.4 mm thick, protected by a 6 mil wear layer best kept away from heavy traffic. Its 1 mm IXPE backing gives it an engineered acoustic pad. The planks lock on a patented system and float with no glue. MSI rates Maracay Brown zero acclimation and approves it for radiant heating under the installation instructions.
