York Gray Everlife XL Ashton By MSI

York Gray in MSI's Everlife XL Ashton series is a light grey wood-style plank in an extra-long 9 x 60 inch format (8.98 x 60 actual), so a room shows fewer end joints. The rigid core LVT body measures 4.4 mm, and its 6 mil wear layer is suited to bedrooms and lower-traffic living spaces. The 1 mm IXPE backing is its engineered acoustic pad, which quiets footsteps. Planks join with MSI's patented locking system and float, so nothing is glued to the subfloor, and zero acclimation means installation can begin right away. Radiant heat is allowed per the instructions. It has a standard bevel, a 25-year limited residential warranty and NSF, Greenguard Gold, FloorScore and USGBC LEED certification. 22FLOORING supplies and installs York Gray across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
