Oak Natural + Engineered Oak By Simba Flooring

Wide boards make a room read larger, and Oak Natural + is at the wide end for engineered oak, 190 mm across and 1900 mm long. Total build is 12 mm, with 1.2 mm of oak on the face. The wire brushed texture and the cured UV lacquer are both done at the factory, so the floor is sealed on arrival and there is no finishing work, dust or smell in your home afterwards. Because the boards are engineered, they are less prone to cupping and gapping than solid oak in a Toronto winter. A subfloor has to be flat before wide planks go down, and we handle that first. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Oak Natural + across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
