Product Specifications
Patagonia is an engineered luxury vinyl tile from Fuzion's SmartDrop Elite Tile collection, in an 18" x 36" format. It gives you several installation choices: it can be loose laid, glued down, perimeter glued or perimeter taped. The tile is 5mm thick with a 0.5mm (20mil) surface layer, an embossed texture and square edges. It can go on, above or below grade, so basements are covered, and it is suitable for use with hydronic radiant heat systems. Warranty is limited lifetime structural and 25-year residential wear, plus 15-year limited heavy commercial wear, and it is FloorScore certified.
