Roosevelt (05014) is a white oak engineered hardwood in Shaw Floors' Fifth Avenue Oak style, SW663. It is glued down rather than nailed, a practical way to put real wood over a concrete slab, and it is rated above, on or below grade. Each board is 4.72″ wide and 1/2″ thick, with a 1.2 mm white oak veneer as the walking surface. The surface is wirebrushed and sealed with a UV aluminum oxide finish at 7% gloss, and the edges carry a micro bevel. Colour variation is high.
