Sawn Oak TFSPC911 By Toucan

Sawn Oak, code TFSPC911, is a waterproof SPC vinyl plank from Toucan's SPC9 line. Toucan lists it as 100% waterproof, and with a rigid stone-composite core it stays stable in rooms that see moisture, from basements to laundry rooms. The plank itself is 7 mm, plus a 2 mm attached underpad, for 9 mm overall. Boards measure 1520 mm long and 180 mm wide, or 59.85 by 7.09 in. A 20 mil wear layer covers the embossed in register surface. Sawn Oak installs with a drop lock joint as a floating floor. The warranty is 30 years residential and 10 years commercial.
