Product Specifications
Sussex is the European oak line in Goodfellow's Prime Collection, supplied in the Aged Oak colour. It is an engineered floor, 3/4″ in total thickness, with a 3 mm wear layer and a 7 1/2″ face. Engineered boards hold their shape through a dry winter and a humid August better than solid wood does, which is why they suit condos and rooms where humidity swings. The surface is softly wire-brushed and low in gloss, with 10% aluminum oxide in the coating, and every board is micro-bevelled on four sides. It carries a 25-year residential warranty and is rated for glycol radiant heating. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Sussex across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
