Brown, medium shade white oak: that is Dunhill, part of the Summit collection by Richmond Flooring. The plank is engineered over a multi-ply core, 3/4" thick, 6" wide, in random lengths reaching 75", which helps a large room look less uniform. Its locking system is tongue and groove and the listed methods are float, glue, nail or staple, so we match the method to your subfloor and to whether radiant heat runs below. Wire brushed texture, a low gloss UV finish and Select/ABC grading are standard through the range, as is the 25 year residential warranty. Each carton covers 18.65 square feet. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Dunhill across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
