003 Wheathered Oka LVT Indestructible Plus 415 By Next Floor

Wheathered Oka (003) belongs to the Indestructible Plus 415 line by Next Floor and is aimed at rooms that take a beating. Its top layer runs 28 mil of UV-cured urethane, a heavy-duty thickness, and the 30 year commercial wear warranty backs that up. Boards are 3 mm thick, bevelled at the edges, and a carton holds 14 pieces covering 33.8 SF. Fitting is a full spread adhesive bond with NEXT 1200, which comes in 4 gallon pails, so nothing floats and no underlay is needed; the plank is bonded across its whole back. Sound results are STC 64, IIC 69 and HIIC 89. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Wheathered Oka across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
