133 Falcon Oak LVT Marvelous Plus 425 By Next Floor

Falcon Oak (133) is part of Next Floor's Marvelous Plus 425 collection. These planks are glued down with full spread adhesive, a method that suits busy hallways and open main floors because the floor cannot shift or gap the way a floating one sometimes does. Each board is 3 mm thick with bevelled edges and a realistic texture embossed in register. Protection comes from a 28 mil UV-cured urethane wear layer carrying MCX MicroCeramic reinforced resin. The acoustic numbers are STC 64, IIC 69 and HIIC 89, and waterproof performance and residential wear are both covered for life, with 30 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Falcon Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
