Clove Oak | 8123 Basic4 Collection By Power Dekor

Clove Oak carries product code 8123 in Power Dekor's Basik4 range. At 0.5 inches thick it is a substantial board, and it comes in a 5 inch width with a 47.75 inch length. The locking system is Uniclic Droploc, a drop lock click that floats the floor rather than fixing it to what is underneath, and Power Dekor calls the install level easy. Any storey is approved, ground level and below it included, as long as an approved vapour barrier goes down first, which covers most Toronto basements where the slab is dry and flat. The warranty is 30 years residential and 5 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Clove Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
