Lumina Oak | 8196 Basik4 By Power Dekor

Lumina Oak, product code 8196, comes from Power Dekor's Basik4 collection. The plank is 12 mm thick, 5 inches wide and 47.75 inches long, a narrower board than the wide formats now common, which reads well in smaller rooms and older houses. It installs floating with the Uniclic Droploc locking system, so the boards lock to each other and nothing is nailed or glued to the subfloor. Power Dekor rates the DIY level as easy, though we still check and level the subfloor before anything goes down. The floor can be used below, on or above ground level once an approved vapour barrier is in place. The warranty runs 30 years residential and 5 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Lumina Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
