Focal Oak | 8195 Basik4 By Power Dekor

Focal Oak, code 8195, is one of the Basik4 floors from Power Dekor. Each board is half an inch thick at 12 mm, 5 inches wide and 47.75 inches long. The Uniclic Droploc locking system floats the floor over the subfloor with no adhesive, and the boards can go down on any grade, below ground included, over a vapour barrier of the type Power Dekor approves. Power Dekor rates it easy for a DIY install, but a flat subfloor still decides how the finished floor feels and how well the joints hold together. Warranty coverage is 30 years in a home and 5 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Focal Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
