Basik4 Collection

What sets Basik4 apart from Power Dekor’s other 5.0 in. planks is the warranty: 30 years residential, plus 5 years of commercial coverage. That commercial cover makes it a sound pick for a small office or shop as well as a busy family home.

Boards measure 47.75 in. (1215 mm) by 5.0 in. (127 mm) and are 0.5 in. (12 mm) thick. They go down as a floating floor using the Uniclic Droploc locking system, and DIY installation is rated easy. Approved placement covers below, on or above ground level, provided an approved vapour barrier is laid underneath, which opens up basement rec rooms. A floating laminate like this is also simple to replace in one room later without disturbing the subfloor. Wipe up water promptly, since laminate is not a waterproof product.

Six colours are offered: Clove Oak, Fennel Maple, Focal Oak, Ginger Oak, Lumina Oak and Nutmeg Acacia. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Basik4 across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
