Saldanha – Foundation Plank By XL Flooring

The 20 mil wear layer on Saldanha does the day to day work, taking grit, pet claws and chair marks before they reach the pattern underneath. This XL Flooring plank sits in the Foundation Plank collection and is built from PVC laminate, so damp will not swell it the way it swells a wood floor. Each piece is 48" x 7" and 3 mm thick, with micro-bevel edges and a brushed emboss surface. It is a dryback board, glued straight to the subfloor, which suits open areas you would rather not break up with transition strips. A carton holds 35 square feet. XL backs it for 10 years in a house and 10 years in a commercial space. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Saldanha across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
