Nigella is a wide-plank engineered luxury vinyl floor, style 6053, from the Expedition collection by HydraLuxe. Each board is 225 mm wide and 1830 mm long, 8.5 mm thick overall, showing an oak design under a medium embossed finish at a mat gloss. The cork backing, 1.5 mm of it, is bonded to the plank and does the acoustic work: impact and sound ratings come in at IIC 72 and STC 71. A Valinge 5G drop-lock system means the floor floats, going down without nails or adhesive. E1 formaldehyde and FloorScore certification cover emissions, and the material is phthalates free.
