Product Specifications
Palizzo is a vinyl plank from XL Flooring's Foundation Plank line, made of PVC laminate rather than wood. Each board measures 48" by 7" and is only 3 mm thick, so the finished floor sits low at thresholds and under appliance toe kicks. The backing is dryback, which means adhesive holds the plank to the subfloor, so nothing shifts under rolling chairs or heavy furniture. That method needs a flat, clean base, and we patch or grind before any glue goes down. A 20 mil wear layer takes the daily scuffs, and the micro-bevel edge gives each piece a defined line. One carton covers 35 square feet, with 10-year residential and 10-year commercial warranties. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Palizzo across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
