544 Mocha Oak LVT Donnington 450 By Next Floor

544 Mocha Oak is a wide, long plank from Next Floor's Donnington 450 collection, 9.25" x 60.25" nominal, or 23.5 cm x 153.0 cm. It is 4.5 mm thick with a 20 mil UV-cured urethane wear layer and a micro-bevel on all four sides. The construction is DropFit loose lay with fibreglass reinforcement, which keeps the plank flat and stable. It can be laid loose with perimeter adhesive or set in full spread adhesive, so glue is part of the job either way and the subfloor has to be flat and clean. Acoustic results are strong at STC 63, IIC 72 and HIIC 90. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 544 Mocha Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
