Authentic Titan

Wide, long boards set this line apart. Each plank is 246 mm (9-3/4") wide, 2050 mm (80-3/4") long and 12 mm (1/2") thick, so a living room or open-plan main floor shows few end joints and the grain reads like full-length boards. A box covers 21.71 sq ft, which helps when working out how many boxes a large room needs.

The surface is rated water-resistant for 24 hours, giving you time to wipe up a spilled drink or a splashing pet bowl in the kitchen or front hall. Grading is Commercial Limited AC5, so heavy family traffic is well within its range. Installation uses the Unifit Drop Lock system, where planks lock into each other and float over the subfloor. The limited warranty runs 25 years in a home, or 5 years in commercial settings.

Four colours are available: Bayford Tobacco, Cadiz Natural, Seefeld Cream and Seefeld Sand. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Authentic Titan across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
