Privilege

This is Artfloor's 12 mm laminate, with an AC5 wear rating that holds up to heavy foot traffic, dogs and kids. Planks measure 7.67" x 47.32" and lock together with the UniFit click locking system, so the floor floats without glue.

Water resistance is rated at 72 hours, which covers slush tracked in on winter boots and the odd spilled drink, as long as they are wiped up. The specs also list scratch, dent and stain resistance plus Hygiene+ protection, which makes it a practical choice for kitchens, family rooms and busy entries. The warranty is 25-year limited residential and 15-year limited light commercial. Each box holds 8 pieces and covers 20.18 sq ft.

The eight colours are Authentic Oak, Danube Oak, Merida, Mugla Oak, Muson, Robin, Samyeli and Soul. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Privilege across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
