River

Artfloor makes this line as an 8 mm laminate, which keeps a box down to 14.64 kg and helps where floor height is a concern. Planks are 7.75" x 47.44" with an AC4 wear rating, enough for most homes with kids and pets.

Spills get a 72-hour window under the water resistance rating, though wiping them promptly is still a good habit. Scratch, dent and stain resistance are listed, along with Hygiene+ protection and E0 emission certification, so it suits bedrooms, kids' rooms and home offices. The UniFit click locking system lets it float over the subfloor. A box covers 20.44 sq ft with 8 pieces, and the listed light commercial warranty is 10-year limited.

Colours are Cuba Oak, Hawk, Heron, Lark, Parrot and Wheat Oak. 22FLOORING supplies and installs River across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
