5mm Aqua Commercial Luxury Vinyl Tiles

These are dryback vinyl tiles rather than planks, cut to a large 18" x 36" format with a light leather texture and a UV coating. They are 5 mm thick and glued down with pressure-sensitive adhesive, which keeps them firmly in place under office chairs, store traffic and busy kitchens. The build uses virgin materials with fibreglass, and the tiles can go on, above or below grade.

The wear layer is 20 mil (0.5 mm) with an AC5 rating. A gloss level of 4–6% keeps the finish matte rather than shiny. Sound figures are IIC 73 and STC 72, which is useful in condos and on upper floors where the neighbours below matter. Micro-bevelled edges give each tile a defined outline, and the big format means fewer joints across a room.
