American Walnut

This is the walnut option from Green Touch, a short line of two colours on a 5" wide, 1/2" thick plank. Walnut is known for its warm brown tones, and the smooth surface under a matte finish lets that grain show without much shine.

Boards come in random lengths up to 47", with micro-bevelled edges that soften the lines between planks. The click profile lets the floor float, which keeps condo and main-floor jobs quick, or it can be glued down for a firmer feel underfoot. A smooth walnut face shows scratches from large dogs more than a textured floor would, so it is best in bedrooms, dining rooms and quieter living rooms. Green Touch covers it with a limited lifetime structural and residential finish warranty.

The two colours are Natural and Aragon. 22FLOORING supplies and installs American Walnut across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
