Signal Hill 632 by Next Floor
Signal Hill 632 is the slim option: a 3/8" (9.5 mm) engineered plank that adds very little height, which helps in condo renovations and rooms where the new floor has to meet existing tile, doors or stair nosings. It is 6-1/2" wide with random lengths up to 71", and more than 30% of a finished floor is laid in full 71" boards.
Behind the thin profile is multi-layer engineered wood with acacia core layers and a 1.2 mm sliced oak or hickory face. The top is wire brushed, the edges are bevelled on all four sides, and the low luster coating is UV-cured polyurethane with aluminum oxide, a hard finish for busy family rooms and hallways. Planks connect with tongue and groove, the standard joint for engineered hardwood.
You can choose from six colours: Biscuit Oak, Coco Hickory, Natural Hickory, Tan Oak, Tawny Oak and Woolspun Oak. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Signal Hill 632 across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
