Herringbone

These are Woden SPC planks cut short, 5" x 24", for laying in a herringbone pattern. It is a good way to give an entryway, dining room or open living area a patterned feature floor. The build is a 5.5 mm SPC core with a 1.5 mm pad attached and a 0.5 mm (20 mil) wear layer, which stands up to main-floor traffic, kids and pets.

A herringbone layout takes more cutting and planning than straight rows, so talk to us about the layout before you order. The planks join with a 5Gi drop lock click system and float, and they are rated for on, above or below grade, so a basement is fine. Four-sided painted bevels outline every plank so the zigzag reads clearly, and the surface is embossed. The floor is FloorScore certified, with sound ratings of IIC 72 and STC 71. A carton covers 20.34 sq ft and weighs 48 lbs.
