Vinyl 7 Garnet by Woden Vinyl Flooring
Garnet's difference is underfoot. A 2 mm pad sits beneath a 5 mm SPC (stone plastic composite) core, so the floor feels a little softer and sounds less hollow than a thin, unpadded plank. The wear layer is 0.3 mm (12 mil), a fair match for bedrooms, dens and basements that do not see heavy traffic.
Boards measure 7" x 60", have a micro bevel on all four sides, and carry an embossed surface. Installation is floating, using a 5Gi drop lock click system where the short end presses down to lock, and the planks can go on, above or below grade. With IIC 72 and STC 71 ratings and FloorScore certification, it also works in condo suites. Cartons hold 23.62 sq ft and weigh 44 lbs.
The seven colours are Beach, Bedford, Farmhouse, Jasper, Pacific, Sicily and Woodcraft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Vinyl 7 Garnet across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
