Regale

Regale is a heavily textured floor. Every board is handscraped, brushed and distressed and graded Antique, so character marks are part of the design. That texture hides everyday wear well, which is why it makes sense in busy kitchens, family rooms and homes with pets.

Under the texture is a 4 mm dry solid sawn European white oak veneer on a eucalyptus core. The planks are 15 mm thick overall and 7.48 inches (190 mm) wide, joined by tongue and groove. The finish is UV-cured oil in a matte sheen, and an oiled surface can be refreshed in a worn spot without sanding the whole room. Cortese and Amarone are smoked too, and Calabrese adds a V-joint edge.

Regale is rated for residential use and comes in seven colours: Calabrese, Grenache, Gamay, Cortese, Chenin, Amarone and Sauvignon. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Regale across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
