Context Collection

Context is the click option among Richmond's engineered lines. Its boards join with a click / drop lock system, which makes a floating install quicker, although the specs also allow gluing, stapling or nailing. Condos and main floors over concrete are good candidates for a floating click floor.

Every colour is white oak in a Select (ABC) grade, 1/2" thick and 5" wide, with random lengths from 16" to 48". The build is a plywood core under a UV finish, with a micro bevel on each edge. For heated floors, Context is approved over water-based radiant systems when installed to the instructions, so check which type your home has before choosing it. Each carton covers 24.8 sq ft, with 36 cartons per pallet, and Richmond's warranty runs 25 years residential and 5 years light commercial.

The seven colours are White Oak Bushwick, White Oak Victoria, White Oak Arctic, White Oak Derby, White Oak Chestnut, White Oak Hewitt and White Oak Sunrise. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Context Collection across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
