About the collection
WPC Series by Purelux
The WPC Series is Purelux's wood plastic composite line, and that core is what separates it from the brand's SPC planks. WPC is still waterproof, but it has a little more give and feels warmer and softer underfoot than stone composite, which many families like in bedrooms, playrooms and basements where people sit on the floor.
These boards are 1524 mm long and 8 mm thick, and they share the widest plank width in the Purelux vinyl range with Imperlux. A 1.5 mm IXPE underlayment comes attached with IIC 72 and STC 73 ratings, and the wear layer is heavier than the Dynamic and ProLine planks carry. Surfaces are embossed with painted bevels. They float, joined by a 5G drop lock. Because WPC flexes more than SPC, we check the subfloor for flatness before laying it. At 29.93 sq ft per box, it has the largest carton coverage of any Purelux line. The series is FloorScore certified, with limited warranties of 30 years for homes and 8 years for commercial spaces.
Colours are Anne, Earthy Elegance, Fleet, Lombord and Parnell. 22FLOORING supplies and installs WPC Series across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
