SPC1

SPC1 is a Toucan click plank with a 12 mil wear layer, a sensible match for bedrooms, home offices and rental units that see ordinary foot traffic. Each board is 5.5 mm thick and 48.04 by 7.21 inches, with a 1.5 mm pad already attached to the back.

The stone-composite core is listed as 100% waterproof, so kitchens, laundry areas and basements are fair game. The surface carries a real antique wood texture, and the planks join with a drop-lock system, which means the floor floats with no glue. Because the pad is built in, you skip buying a separate underlay. Toucan lists a 30-year residential and 10-year commercial warranty.

The eight colours lean grey: Shade of Grey, Blizzard, Titanic, Iceberg, Milk Chocolate, Caramel, Dentine and Ceaser. 22FLOORING supplies and installs SPC1 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
