Signature

With 40 styles across White Oak, Red Oak, Hickory and Hard Maple, Signature is the largest Appalachian Flooring line on our site. The surface is smooth rather than brushed, and two sheens are listed: semi-gloss and ultra-matte. Semi-gloss gives a brighter, more reflective floor for formal living and dining rooms, while ultra-matte does a better job of hiding scratches and footprints in busy family spaces.

Engineered boards are 11.4 mm or 18.4 mm thick. Width depends on species: Hickory is 5", Red Oak is 4" or 5", and White Oak and Hard Maple add a 7" option. Solid 3/4" versions are listed too, from 2 1/4" to 4 1/4" wide. Hard Maple and Hickory are dense woods, a sensible pick where dropped toys or dog claws are a worry. Grades range from Excel alone on Hickory to Advantage, Excel, Live Sawn Character and Prestige on White Oak.

Colours include Gunstock, Chardonnay, Treebark, Cobblestone and Sonora. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Signature across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
