European Oak – 7.5 inch

Here Origins puts European oak on a wider 7-1/2" plank, which shows more of the grain on each board and makes open main floors and larger living rooms feel less busy. The boards are 3/4" thick and come in random lengths between 16" and 75".

Finish is wirebrushed and matte, with a micro bevel on the edges. For families, that means everyday scuffs blend into the texture and the low sheen does not highlight footprints. The planks have a tongue and groove profile and are fastened with nails or glue: nails over a wood subfloor, glue where the base is concrete. They are rated on, above or below grade. Plan on 23.32 sq ft per carton when working out how many boxes you need, and note that trims and other accessories are custom order.
