Product Specifications
Shaw Floors approves Obsidian (07356) for direct glue, perimeter glue or floating installation, so the method can suit the room and the subfloor. It is a residential resilient LVT from the Floorté Classic line, 5 mm thick, in planks 60 inches long and 7 inches wide. A 20 mil wear layer protects the surface in kitchens, entryways and rental units, and lacquered bevels finish the edges. Obsidian is rated above, on and below grade, so basement suites qualify. One carton covers 23.89 sq ft, and the planks come from Vietnam. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Obsidian across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
