Rich Mahogany 00838 By Shaw Floors

Rich Mahogany (00838) is sold by the carton at 13.34 sq ft, and each carton holds 5 inch by 48 inch planks from Shaw Floors' Floorté Classic collection. The core is WPC, a wood-plastic composite, and the plank is 8 mm thick with an EVA pad listed as its underlayment, which softens footsteps. Wear protection is a 20 mil layer under ScuffResist Platinum. Shaw approves direct glue as well as floating installation, and rates the floor for above, on and below grade use, so a basement office or a main-floor dining room both qualify. Rich Mahogany is made in Vietnam. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Rich Mahogany across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
