Grey Granite brings a tile format to vinyl: each piece is 12" wide and 24" long, a size that suits kitchens and bathrooms. Fuzion builds it as an engineered luxury vinyl tile for the SmartDrop Tile collection, 5mm thick with square edges. The embossed surface is guarded by a 12mil layer (0.3mm). Unlike ceramic, it is fixed without mortar: the tiles are loose laid, fully adhered, or taped or glued only around the perimeter, on a flat, prepared subfloor. It is suitable on, above or below grade, including basements, and with hydronic radiant heat. Grey Granite holds FloorScore certification and carries a limited 25-year residential wear warranty and 10-year limited light commercial wear warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Grey Granite across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
