Product Specifications
Florence uses a reactive stain on white oak, a finishing method that colours the wood by reacting with it rather than sitting on top of it. Colours are listed as natural, blonde and beige, and the grade is ABC. It is part of Grandeur's Regal Collection and shares that line's format: 7-1/2 inches wide, 3/4 inch thick, random lengths, with a 3 mm veneer over an engineered base. That construction is what allows a basement install, since the sheet clears the floor for on, above and below grade. A box covers 23.32 square feet. Warranty is 35 years limited residential. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Florence across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
