Product Specifications
Simple Wash (02083) is installed as a floating floor, which keeps the job straightforward: the planks rest over the subfloor instead of being fastened to it, though the base still needs to be flat and clean, so we check it first. This Floorté Pro plank from Shaw Floors is built on an SPC core, rigid and waterproof, and is approved above, on and below grade. Boards measure 7 inches by 48 inches at 4.8 mm, carry micro bevelled edges, and come with an EVA pad already attached. Surface protection is a 12 mil wear layer beneath an ArmourBead finish, and one carton covers 18.67 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Simple Wash across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
