U8 6.5mm Vinyl Flooring By Baronwood Flooring

If you are doing a whole main floor in one material, U8 is a rigid core vinyl that can run from the entry through the kitchen and into the living room. The core is rated 100% waterproof, so the mudroom is not an exception. Plank thickness is 6.5 mm, which breaks down to 5 mm of core plus a 1.5 mm IXPE underpad already attached, so there is no underlay to roll out first. Day to day wear lands on a 20 mil wear layer. Each box covers 24.10 sq ft and contains 10 planks. Baronwood gives it 30 years residential coverage, 10 years light commercial, and FloorScore certification. 22FLOORING supplies and installs U8 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
