Made in Germany, Velora is part of Goodfellow's Dreamfloor Advance line of water-resistant laminate, with protection rated for 48 hours. That makes it easier to live with in a busy kitchen, a front hall with wet boots or a basement rec room, since it is suitable for all levels. The boards are 12 mm thick and 7.68″ × 50.71″, textured with an embossed-in-register finish and edged with painted bevels. Wear is handled by an AC5 abrasion rating, the commercial-grade level, so it holds up well to pets and daily traffic. Velora floats over the subfloor using the 1Clic 2go Pure+ system, which means no nails or glue.
