Product Specifications
Levee is an engineered white oak floor in taupe and brown, part of the Metropolitan collection by Grandeur. For homes with pets, a brushed surface is a sensible choice, because the texture breaks up light claw marks and scuffs, and Levee adds a smoked treatment to that brushed face. Boards are 3/4" thick, 7-1/2" wide and random in length, with a 2 mm white oak veneer on top. Grade ABCD means natural knots and variation. Levee is suitable on, above or below grade. Every box covers 23.32 square feet and weighs 55 lbs, and the limited residential warranty runs 35 years. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Levee across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
