Avenue Chic Collection

Avenue Chic is a single-colour line from Pravada Floors, and that colour is Madison. It is a white oak plank measuring 1/2 x 5 inches (12 x 127 mm), cut in random lengths from 18 to 48 inches. A narrower board with shorter lengths gives a busier, more traditional pattern that sits well in hallways, bedrooms and smaller rooms.

Madison has a sliced 2 mm veneer on a 9-ply tongue and groove core, graded ABCD with medium board variation. Its surface has been wire brushed and smoked. The edges are microbevelled, and an Endura aluminum oxide finish sits at a 30% gloss level, a touch more sheen than a matte floor. A Janka hardness of 1450 and the factory aluminum oxide coat make it a hard-wearing option for busy homes, though pet nails can still mark any wood floor. It is approved for radiant heat and can be stapled, glued or floated. Each box covers 29.53 sq ft.
